AM radio

In my 90 Ford Club Wagon, all I have is an AM radio (haven't changed it out yet). Do you have any idea how FEW decent stations are out there broadcasting on AM channels? Pretty sad! LOL

With the new developments in radio, an old AM radio is not going to get you far. You will have to get used to listening to a lot of sports games and talk radio! :)

Well, I think AM just isn't as popular anymore because it doesn't sound as good and people typically want to listen to music, not people talking.

OK, I am pretty sure that back in '90, they had FM radio, so what's up with that? Isn't there anything you can do with that, like upgrade?

Yeah, I'm thinking I should be able to pull it out and put in a new one. I think I want to get the CD player kind. I wouldn't mind having the cassette player, since I still have a bunch of cassettes and my XM radio came with a cassette adapter, but I'm not sure they even SELL them anymore, since cassettes are pretty much obsolete.
