Cleaning windows at gas station

Does anyone know how often or if gas stations ever clean out that dirty water we use to clean our windows with at gas stations? Is it just me, or does that water always look filthy? :suspicious:

I have to say that it is not only you. I stopped trying to get my windows cleaned at the gas station for that same reason. The water is always filthy. Only once in the last year did I find a gas station when I was traveling outside the state in South Jersey that the attendant didn't even ask if I wanted the windows clean but did it himself while waiting for my tank to fill up. It was a very pleasant surprise.

Yeah, that is nasty water! Might work for clearing off bugs - especially if your windshield wiper fluid is full so you can reclean it after - but it sure won't get anything CLEAN!
