I agree that it is a way to avoid them. Why avoid a check point if you are sober in the first place?! If you haven't anything to hide, you don't need the app.

If it helps people monitor their blood alcohol content and if it prevents someone from driving when they've had too much to drink, then that would be a good thing.

Years and deaths have already proven that many do not care about what happens when they drive drunk. I am all for increasing the fines for it as well to boot. Seems like if it helps, it really can not hurt, can it?

It doesn't do anything to monitor their blood alcohol, it warns them where the check points are so that they can avoid them! That doesn't sound 'useful' to me.

I think anything that is going to keep people safe is an amazing thing. I mean, sure, it may be annoying but if it can save lives then I think it's worth it 100%
