I went out to go to work the other day and the front passenger-side tire was flat. I got it fixed and three days later it went flat again. There wasn't any obvious hole. Ended up having to buy a brand new one! Argh.
I had a similar issue a couple years back. I ended up getting 2 flat tires in 2 or 3 days and I didn't even drive it all that much. Ended up replacing it and no more problems. I guess it was just a bad seal.
That sucks! I have had it happen to me too. I used the junk that you put in the tire too and it did not work. I'm glad you got a new tire, you never know when the old one would go flat.
Sometimes brand new tires are the best way to go. I have a place I use that does pull-offs and most of the time they are good tires. Even then, sometimes they just are old.
MaximumSpeed, I agree. I really only go for brand new tires now after having some bad experiences with used tires. Even if they look okay, you have to be careful.
