Where do you take breakfast?

I have a friend who has a habit of taking breakfast in the car (she doesn't drive). She will take her breakfast while her husband drives her to her work. I know she is busy but I worry she also thinks it's cool.

Does this mean she brushes her teeth once she gets to work?

My breakfast is at the kitchen table with the weather channel on, so I know if it's a bike day or a car day. (C'mon bike days!) If I don't get my bowl of cereal, I am not a happy camper.

If it works well with her,*then I see no problem with that. There are pressures on married women that most don't understand. They take care of a lot of things in the house up to the time they must go for work. Truth is, I can see myself in her husband's place.

Agree. Everybody has a different situation. She does it so it must work for her though it doesn't work for you. And, personally I think it's cool.

I'm not a morning person, so I can never factor in enough time for breakfast at home. I "multi-task" by driving to work with a breakfast bar and a cup of coffee.

I agree with you all guys. Everybody has a different situation and a different way to deal with it. I think I just wanted to say that it's not the best way to take your breakfast.

Personally I find that eating in a rush leaves me feeling unsatisfied, though it's fine once in a while. At least she's not driving. I had a nightmare experience when a friend tried to eat an icecream at the same time!

Having breakfast on the table is the most ideal. That's for certain. I wish everyone has that chance to eat meals with the family early in the morning. Truth is, munching a fruit or bread for breakfast is usually enough for a lot of people, whether they do it in the car or on the table.
