Best insurance company?

In my view, it's USAA. I've had them since 1980, and I've had nothing but great results. They are sending someone to my work, free of charge Monday, just to fix my windshield crack. They also have a car buying program where we get a discounted price on cars. I love them.

I can't really vouch for any other insurance companies because mine is AAA and always has been. I don't have the best coverage through them but I love that I can stop in at any time and get free maps and travel information.

I am with Progressive and I love them. I know people like to trash them but they have always come through with me. They are pretty cheap and when there is an accident they take care of everything.

Progressive appears to be great also in terms of money off. Do any of your insurance companies offer auto buying services too? I love mine.

Mine doesn't offer an auto buying service, the price keeps getting raised and I do not even get good customer service. I am in the market for a new insurance company.

I've also been with Progressive for a while, and they've been really good for me. I used to have AAA, but they were just too expensive. Everyone's situation is different, but for decent insurance at a great price, I'd suggest looking at Progressive.

We are with Progressive as well and still love it years later. We have never had an issue with them and they were very helpful when it came to a hit & run that happened at our local food market.

I am in the military and I hear that USAA is a very good choice for military. Currently I don't have insurance due to the fact that I am living 1000 miles from home and my vehicle is not being driven, but I used to use Geico. When I get to a more permanent duty station (I recently graduated one school and I'm heading to another), I plan on shopping around and getting a car and finding my best deal on insurance.

It sure is. You will be happy to know that for military, they give you very nice benefits and reduced costs on many items. I suggest you check them out.

I've been with USAA for 30 years. I recently sold one of two vehicles I had insured with them and was down to one vehicle on the policy. Get this---same vehicle being covered, same coverage but now they want to charge me $165 per year more to insure that vehicle. I'm NOT the same happy customer I used to be.......will be shopping.
