I may be late, but I recently discovered that there are some very nice ceramic heaters for cars that make defrosting your car a lot quicker and easier. You can find them for about $20 on eBay. I just got one, and I love it!
How do they work? Do you warm them up in the house and then sit them in the dashboard, or are they electronic and run from the cigarette lighter / power plug?
