Floods in Australia

Some home made video of flooding in Australia. I was amazed to see how fast the cars move in the water. I watched 90% of it, as I skipped some parts, and did not hear any adult language, but if any is found, please let me know.

This reminds me of another video I saw in YouTube about flooding brought by a very strong typhoon in Asia. I saw cars from a parking lot that floated towards the gate.

Yeah, cars do float in water.

I have never been in a flood and I hope I never am. I don't know how the people who live in the southest coastal regions of the US cope with the recurring flood damage.

Never seen a flash flood like that. But when I was younger and leaved on the water, I woke up to water splashing on the back door. Thankfully we were higher then some houses and did not get the 3-4 feet of water inside like they did. Front yard was not too bad, I don't remember the water getting high enough to effect the cars. But I guess it was a slow rise over the night, so no rushing water. We lost a dock and that was about it, and I got to take the canoe down the street and a lot of other places I could not normally go.

An Australian I know lives far from this place. But he has told me that this place had a drought for ten years. This flood was also worse than the one they experienced in 1974. Is this now the effect of global warming?

maybe this is the effect of global warming. im afraid that time will come all of us will suffer. Now a days a lot of changes happening. A lot of people got sick cause of the climate change.
