What diet are you using? I recommend you just change your lifestyle for healthy foods all the time. I find that diets never work because you just gain the weight back.I am trying out a new thing for the next two weeks so if it works and I am right on target for it, I will have better updates. Right now though I can not wait for lunch!!
That's great news. Complex carbs are really great for you.. not only because they are healthier by not causing such a large insulin spike, but because they are more satiating. Glad to hear about your weight loss, and glad even more it's gradual too. People who come around and say they lost 10 pounds in a weak by not eating anymore than 800 calories a day are not going to stick with that long term. You seem to have located your balance.It is not a straight "diet" and its not a fad either, I am against those. Right now I am just concentrating on the different types of foods to eat rather than just eat all the bad ones. Fats, proteins (lean) & carb's (good ones).
So far since last week I have lost 3.4lbs, since I started to change the first time (earlier this year) with what I eat, total has been 17.6lbs.
