Any of you has a habit of sleeping in public transport? I hate it but I used to do that in the past. I think I just became too comfortable because I didn't have to drive the vehicle myself.
I almost always fall asleep when I'm traveling if I'm not driving. It doesn't matter what the vehicle is - train, plane, or automobile! Guess it's just habit.
I don't fall asleep easily when I'm on the road (never when I'm driving) and not usually when I'm a rider either. I like to be alert at all times. I don't know why but I have always been this way!
I almost always fall asleep if I'm not driving. It doesn't matter if I'm in a car, bus, or plane. There's just something about riding that makes me doze off no matter how hard I'm trying to stay awake.
I just wonder why some people can fall asleep easily when riding while the others couldn't. It is not always about lack of sleep. Do you think we sleepers have sleep genes in our body?
