That is just crazy. In my area they would have been busted in no time. I am amazed they could do anything other than not act like a total tool while driving. Who would not pull over for something like that?

It looks like there is an area of the windshield that it still visible, but I don't see how anyone in their right mind would continue to drive after something like that happened. At least they got pulled over.

The driver looked pretty short. There was a little bit of a visible area she was probably looking through. Who in the world would not pull over and close it! What a nut!

Whoa! That's totally scary! I wonder if the hood just wouldn't stay down, or if the driver was just in too much of a hurry to stop. I guess their vision wasn't totally blocked or they'd have to stop.
