Lights under the car

When I first saw a car with those lights underneath it, I was amazed. I really like it. I would love to do that to my car. Does it cost a lot? Anyone here have them ?

I don't have them, but I sure wish I had the money to afford something like that. Accessories such as those usually cost a bit of money

I have seen those and they do look good. Is there a purpose other than the looks? I'll bet they are expensive and what keeps them from getting broken?

I've seen them and they do look pretty cool, but I also find them very distracting when I'm driving near a car that has them. I'm kind of surprised that they're legal.
