Anyone following the news lately? It seems at many of her rallies she is getting more than just fans, a few hecklers too. I am not sure how I feel about this one just yet, seems like something fishy is going on behind the scenes.

I already know how I feel about this one and it's not good. She seems nutty to me and I don't trust her. I really wish we could see some women running for office with real potential to improve the country rather than to impose their morals and way of life on everybody else.

I agree, although there are plenty of intelligent women in this world it seems the only ones who have made it to the political arena lately are wackos trying to push a religious and/or moral agenda.

Why is it that only the women who end up running are the ones we never want? Too many end up leaving a bad feeling for those other women who excel in their jobs and then get heckles from their idiocy.

Vroombaby you couldn't be more right. The women we see are the ones like Bachman and O'Donnell who freak out and leave interviews early after throwing a temper tantrum worthy of a 3 year old.

I think it sends a bad message. Women are seen as the moral holders of society. People look at women as if they are either perfect moral beings or as completely immoral and over-sexual. When are we going to let women just be human beings? I would love to see women running for office that are allowed to be as "imperfect" as men running for office.

It seems like all of the front runners are idiots. How is that going to show that a woman can run things? I am not getting all feminist here but it bothers me that I know tons of ladies who run businesses yet political wise we only have tools to represent us.

This is something we face in every political election, it seems. The decent people don't have the money to run, I think. What we need is for someone to find an excellent candidate and spread the word as a write-in campaign.
