Painted Grill

I have looked everywhere for a black grill for my '06 Colorado, but can't seem to find one. Check out the pic in "the Garage" section. See the chrome going across the center of the grill? I want that to match my truck. Am I going to have to get it painted?

I think to replace that chrome part you will have to have it painted. Either that or get a custom grill. There are some really nice black ones out there.

Having this part painted is probably your best option. I always like the color matched look on these kind of trucks. Hope to see some pics if you get it done.

I'm pretty sure you're going to have to get it painted for it to match up properly. I think this is a great idea. When you are done, you should really post a picture I'm curious how it looks!

Thanks for replying everyone. I guess I'll be getting it painted. I'll update the picture I have in the Garage section when I get it done, or maybe before and after shots.
