Price of a barrel of oil

Have you been following the price of a barrel of oil lately? It recently passed $90 a barrel. That's all the economy needs now!

I did hear something about that. I hope the price of oil doesn't get out of hand again. I have a feeling the powers that be will be keeping a lid on it precisely because of the economy.

Funny how the price at the pump goes up as soon as the price per barrel goes up, but, when the price per barrel goes down, the price at the pump is hardly affected.

The average consumer just gets nickled and dimed to death it seems. With wages having remained so stagnant, it gets pretty hard to take after awhile.

My strategy has been to do some investing in oil stocks, and to use a credit card with 3 per cent cash back that I pay in full each month to try to hedge some of the nickle and diming at the pump.

Yeah it sounds unfair but that's business. They always try to make profit from the price change even if it means they steal your money.
