This past weekend, I went to Atlanta to visit one of my cousins. About two months ago, I went to Chattanooga one weekend. I love my little weekend trips away from home. Do you ever escape for a weekend every now and then?

As a trucker on the road for extended periods of time, when I get the chance to be home---I really like to be home. If I go away someplace, I like to be there at least a couple of weeks.
I like weekend trips, but I REALLY like mid-week trips a lot better. I'm not keen on big crowds of people, so I like to go places at times when we can have the place to ourselves.
