What are some common upgrades?

What things on your car can you upgrade to make the performance all around better? Better pick up, gas mileage, etc... Are there any simple fixes?

A muffler upgrade is a key one. That will increase mileage. You could also consider supercharging, though that is going to change the cosmetic appearance a lot.

Cold air intake is a big one, along with mufflers. I think those are the most two common, as they are also simple to do.

Do you think changing the cold air intake makes a big difference to you? I've never done it but I have heard good things from some friends of mine who have changed their cold air intakes.
