What are the risks involved in internet

What do you think are the risks involved in internet if a kid uses it?

Well there's a lot of possibilities you know, but one main one is kids getting exposed to explicit adult material. I mean, sure it's okay to explore the net and all, but I don't think many parents want their kids on sites that they aren't supposed to be on.

Another would be cyber bullying, as I see that happening many times these days. There's nothing we can do though, all we can do is tell them to be safe on the net. What else is possible?

Yeah the risks involved are so many.Its common that they want to explore the net but we have to teach them good and bad involved in it.

Getting exposed to the many different kinds of adult material on the Internet is the major downfall of child use of the web.

To list some other major conflicts that parents must come by, many children (or kids) tend to play games (such as WoW addicts, SC addicts).. and other games like RPGs like MapleStory and such.

When you get addicted to a game, it's realy hard to quit. It's like smoking, trust me I know.

If kids are around try to keep blocking softwares to prevent visits to harmful sites, and always keep an eye on what your children see and use.
