What's in your glove compartment?

It's a little game we play sometimes, the what's in your glove compartment game. It is truly amazing what you find inside. What's the strangest thing you've find in a glove compartment, yours or someone else's.

Mine is pretty empty. I keep spare change, a torch and some tissues and candy in it. The strangest thing I found in one was an old burger. My friend stowed it there one day and forgot about it! Gross!

Glove box. Car manual, napkins and wipes. Center console is another story. Flashlights, a small knife, aspirin, pepto bismol, and other things.

Can't store much in there over the winter. I have a mouse that moves in during cold weather and shreds anything in the glove box. Tissues, paper, wires - you name it, he shreds it, then bits of it come flying out through the vents when I turn the heater on high. But he'll be gone by spring.

Eww, a mouse. Fortunately, I've never had that one. Maps, lots of maps in mine; Kleenex (never have a trash bag when I want one); and an emergency flashlight. Pretty dull, eh?

I keep it minimal. I have my manuals, a flashlight, a tire pressure gauge a spare pair of sun glasses, and an old pair of eye glasses, in the event I lose a contact lense.

I usually try to keep mine down to the minimum. Owner's manual, a tire guage, a coolant tester and the plastic box that the face plate to my stereo goes in. Now the center console is another story.

It's usually my stuff inside it. The vehicle manual is certainly there along witn the flashlight. Others stuff inside include my gloves (you say, of course!). The strangest thing I saw there was a toy that belonged to friend's kid
