There was a celebrity who did that not long ago. They left the scene because of the paparazzi I believe. They made the call and returned when the police were there. That's not quite this exact case, though.
I believe that any modification can hurt the performance. If you are going to play with that part of the vehicle, make sure you know exactly what you are doing. If something does go wrong, and you have an accident, it might also affect your insurance coverage.
To be honest, I don't trust any of those types of things because I am always worried that it can be accessed by hackers, so to speak. I don't even trust my car alarm.
Welcome to the website. I have learned a lot since I joined, so I am sure you'll enjoy the forum as well. It's a great place to ask questions and offer assistance, too! Have fun!
Did any of you ever make model cars as a kid with the many kits that were, and are, available? I was never very good at it, but some of my friends could really build those things.
It is amazing how many of us have been involved in some sort of accident. What has gotten my attention is the number of 'sleepy' accidents. There's a lesson there for all of us.
I have an audio cassette stuck in my cassette player in my car. No matter what I do it won't come out. It actually interfered with the radio until I stuck a pen between it and the bottom mechanism, so I can't use my cassette player and there's a pen sticking out of the unit. Any clues on how...
I love them, but like you, I don't have one. My sister had a mustang back in the day, and it was so cool to have it around. I've always missed that car.

It probably would have been better to have taken care of it right away. The bigger the crack gets, the more expensive the repair. I'd get a windshield guy out to look or take it in pronto.
I agree, but the reality is that I'm not out there watching my car 24/7. Fortunately, though, it's never been an issue with my vehicle, knock on wood. When it's happened, I've just cleaned normally.
Sometimes adding a stripe can really jazz up a car. What kind of striping do you prefer -- a bold single stripe or two thinner stripes together, or something else?
Have you ever been in a car accident? I was hit at an intersection by a drunk driver once. It was the strangest most surreal experience. I knew it was going to happen and it was like slow motion.
Pick wisely and you could be on solid ground in the future. It's so early in the game to really know which companies are going to excel. I'm thinking Ford might be good as well.
I agree about the guarantee thing. For me, it's trust in the driver, but that's the case in a car, too. I know a lot of crazy people that take stupid chances.
Technically, I guess I do. My car is the same one I first bought several years ago. I did have a car before that but it was bought by my parents. I never owned it.
I thought this was so very cool, that someone like Rick Hendrick would buy the very first Chevrolet Volt and help out this school. Here's the article:
