    Driving and fertility

Seriously? I've never heard of it either and I don't believe it either. It sounds pretty silly, I mean what would be the cause of the fertility problems (sitting too long)? Very odd and I bet it's not true.

    Ice and snow build up

I clean my car off all the time in the winter but I have this ice and snow build-up in front of both of my front tires. I have tried to knock it off with my foot and a shovel (almost broke my foot) :heh: How can I get it off from there?

    Maximum speed?

Honestly, I don't know what the maximum speed is of my vehicle. I would never even try to go that fast! I'm a mom and I'm not looking to hurt myself or anyone else for that matter. Driving a race car sounds like fun to me but I know I would never actually do it.

    Possible paint job

I have had a car repainted before. It turned out great! I like the idea of the shop class working on it though. The only problem with that is you might not have it back as soon as you would if you had it done somewhere else.

    Spilled milk

I picked up groceries yesterday and when I got home I noticed that the milk I bought had a broken seal and I had milk all over the back seat. It was a huge mess. I soaked it up with paper towels and then took out hot soapy water and scrubbed the seat. It looks off-colored now. Is there...

    Driving through high water

I believe Mustang got it right on, it's dangerous and you could stall out. Once you are stalled out you won't be able to start the car again (not while in the water). There has to be other reasons too.

    Using Food for Fuel

This is pretty interesting to me. I didn't know that corn was made into fuel. Heck you can grow your own corn to make fuel. I don't see any problem with farmers growing corn to make fuel, hey they might actually get paid more for their crop this way.

    Letting your car idle

Awesome, now I am going to start the car, put in in Drive, and go! I always thought that the interior warmed up better when you were driving, but I thought the warm up period was for the motor.

    Snow and getting stuck

I do put the car in reverse and then drive to try to rock it out of a mess. If my tires are spinning then I just reverse the car and get out of the snow. I hate winter driving! I was stuck in my daughters friends driveway last weekend.

    Letting your car idle

My dad just told me that he was told that you are no longer supposed to start your vehicle to let it warm up (before driving it). I have always started my vehicle in the winter and let it run for about 10 minutes. I thought it was to get all the juices (gas, oil, lube) running in the motor...

    Ice and snow

I can’t tell you how sick I am of scraping off my windshield already this winter. There has to be an easier way in the morning for getting the heavy snow and ice off the front and back windshield. I do start my car and let it run about 10 minutes and then go out and try to clean it off...
