I wonder if he was hit direct on or if he had to lay the bike down early? There have been two wrecks in our town recently where the biker had to lay it down in order to not have a worse wreck. One guy lost his leg in it as the car approaching him was drunk, the other man died.

Would anyone here do this? I do not even honestly like it when my spouse drives my car, we are both quite picky. He leaves my car messing, I move his mirror around. The point is we share bad but could you really rent your car out and be okay with it?

I do a little of both but it depends on what the occasion is too. We cleaned everything out the other weekend and unless its for a major event we will normally do it ourselves. Plus its cheaper.

I have heard about lanolin before I have never tried it honestly. Sometimes I worry that one of the things I read about online is just going to be the wrong thing, or I might mess it up and then it ruins my car.

I still have the factory setup in my car and its an 07, but the stereo esp. for a factory one is quite nice. I did have to replace a speaker but that was totally my fault. :)

I have never actually done this before but I have heard of stories were the pump will fail and die out early. I once did this on accident with the lawn mower and my husband just about flipped his gasket.

I really do not see why we are rewarding them for breaking the law and then giving them a chance to do the right thing. Shouldn't they have done the right thing to start with? Obama, I shake my head at you. :ohwell:

There is a special place in every jail for them but I highly doubt they will like it. Most in the criminal world do not take lightly to child endangerment and this is right up there. Have you ever heard of what happens to child abusers in jail??

I have never had that type of issue before. Did you park it somewhere different than normal recently? The most bugs I have had in my car were two flies that came in one day at the same time while I was driving down the freeway. Imagine the look on my face!

We have the quote back and I am wondering if its a decent one or not. He said a little over 2200 and with our deductible we are not out of pocket too much but I am wondering why insurance is not covering more of it. Is this normal?

It is limited but that does not mean someone who is using a normal amount should be paying more for it just because someone else wants to change the way they wish to use a car. I do not like the idea one bit and I will be quite upset if I am taxed because if it when I do not own a car like that.

That is okay, one came by about 2 weeks ago to deliver something for us and backed into our driveway. On the way out he clipped our mailbox and kept driving off. Trying to get a report with this company is like pulling teeth!

I found out last night that my better half had a Gremlin, not his first car but still pretty impressive. Mine was some little hatchback too but I really do not remember what it was, too long ago to try and remember back that far!

I know a few people that tried the off/on winter deal and ended up relocating to another area to avoid having to deal with harsh winters. A buddy of mine loves to rub it in when he is talking to my husband on the phone too, makes me think one day we might end up moving again.

A blanket only goes so far but would you believe our cats (in kennels) shed more than our dogs who are seat belted in do? We still break out the blankets but normally we just have to vacuum the vehicle out after the trip, its the only thing that fully works.

I guess we have been pretty darn lucky so far at least with these two, the car is an 07 we got a few months after it was "brand new" with the truck being an 05 and we got it a few years later. I have seen a few and sometimes I check before we head out but many times they are not updated or they are updating too quick. By the time we get there the price could have already changed.

At the very most maybe an air fresher if that but otherwise its pretty clear. We do have a cell phone docking station right below it and also a sticker pad for the toll road.
