    Key Scratches

There are different factors in repainting cars. First, how old is your van? Second, what is the type of paint was used in the first place? Where is the scratch? The shop might have to repaint the whole panel if the scratch is as big as you say it is. The cost? Somewhere 400 to even 1000 dollars.

    Loud cars!

I always think that a well-tuned engine is like a cat --- it purrs. LOL. Loud engines are for people who want to attract attention. I have seen my share of these supposed mufflers which do nothing towards muffling at all!

    Car Doesn't Start...

It sounds to me like it is an electrical problem. It is after all an old car. Go to your nearest shop and have someone take a look at it.

    Car Horns Sound

Galloping horses? Wow. What would people think of next ---maybe a cow mooing? LOL. I do not know if there is such a law against horns like those but I would not think so.

    Tips For Saving Gas

One reason why you burn too much gas is because your engine is not in tiptop shape. So my contribution to this is ---- come see me. Just kidding! What I meant was that you go and have your cars subjected to a tune-up to make sure that it is running in prime condition.

    Speed Or Looks

This is the best answer I have read so far. In my line of work, I see people with jazzed up cars and they cannot go anywhere with them because those cars do not run! :heh:

    Premium Gas

Most cars and I would even say about 99% of cars will run just fine on regular unleaded gasoline for THEY WERE BUILT that way. In this financial crisis, I would say that to use premium gas is more a luxury than a necessity.

    Graphics on bike

My brother who passed away had these decals on his bike. He got them from a website and right now they cost $139 thereabouts.

Do you like old or new cars?

Quite honestly I love older cars better. Other than the fact that I think they are classier looking, they are much easier to repair than these newer models with computers.

    Why travel in packs?

My brother was a biker. He and his buddies liked to ride together just because they could. They can be side by side on their side of the road without bothering anyone. You cannot do that if you are driving a car now, right?

    Why can police?

Where did you come from when you were coming home at 3am buddy? Maybe he was making sure that you are NOT someone that they should be of interest to them. LOL.

    Headlight out

I do not know of any state that allows cars to have no license plate lights. I believe it is illegal to not have license plate lights.

    Cigarette Smell

I have heard a lot of solutions to remove smells from the inside of the car from baking soda to charcoal to opening freshly-baked bread and leaving it in the car. All I can say is, based on experience, give baking soda a try. If it does not work, use either vamoose or lysol air neutralizer.

    Beautification Budget

Hey guys, how much money a month do you spend on making sure that your car works and looks pretty and more importantly is pretty clean inside and out?

    Worth the savings?

A lot of people I know now-a-days would rather ride their motorcycle to work in the hopes that they cut on the chunk of the budget that goes into fuel and maintenance costs. Is it really worth the savings if you constantly put yourself in danger by riding the main roads with your bike?

    Don't use the A/C!

That is exactly true, Allen and Jason. DO NOT open the windows if you want to save on gas. That seems kinda ironic but it is true.

GPS - how often do you use this?

Hahahaha I know what you mean. My wife and I sometimes argue when she uses her GPS. I tell her I know a shortcut and she says.. obey the GPS. Dang it. I want her to obey ME! hahahahaha Now ever wonder what would have happened if they had GPS in Jesus' time? :heh:

    Hello

Hi Jason. Thanks for your greetings, bro. Things have actually started to pick up in my place of work. I guess that means the people now have lesser time to tinker with their cars due to the fact that they are already working. LOL

    Brakes and Rotors

Well it depends on how much you know about cars and attaching brakes and rotors. I guess if the answer is ---NOT MUCH --- then by all means, get someone experienced to do it for you. Remember, you WANT those brakes to work when you NEED them to work. :Peace!:

Toyota considering another recall; engines may stall

Kudos to Toyota for admitting that something went wrong in the manufacture of these vehicles. It is NO JOKE to do so AND recall these said vehicles.
