You better believe I do. When we were in procession for my nephew years ago, there were two cars at an intersection and we decided to let them go, but they wouldn't go. They were so considerate that they let us go first.

I think that it is ok to use a hands free phone when driving. When you actually are holding that phone up to the ear, it really hurts your driving ability. That is my view at least.

I think cell phone should be not allowed. You are not focused because #1 you are talking on a phone and #2 you are actually holding the device to your ear and one hand is off the car. I think that eating is OK and music though because those are just 1 distrcation.

That's for sure. You'd know where everything is, unlike the cars nowadays that are half manufactured in China, 1 quarter in Mexico, 1 eighth in Germany, and the rest in the USA, and no one knows what going on.

I don't think I'd even consider a car from one of these places. The fact that they don't look at your credit smells of scam/broken down cars to me.

I'm with you vroom. I would not have taken kindly to this shop not doing the job properly. If the brakes suddenly broke (sounds strange) then the shop should've looked at that. What if they just broke them so they could make more money with you having to go back. That is what a lot of these...

I can agree with that, vroombaby. I find that if you like a car from the beginning and it is your own choice (not just given to you by the dealer), you know, you actually built it, you love it forever.

Great idea. My sister does this with her house. She lives directly across from a high school, and the kids pay to park in her driveway. She can care less if they do as long as they leave by the time she is back from work, which is the evening.

I agree with you Donald. I think that people are irresponsible with these TV shows. I know that cash cab they have a van that follows the cab, and the actual cab. Was it the cash cab that caused the accident or the van?

That check engine light is ridiculous. The thing comes up when there is nothing wrong but when there is a problem it does nothing.

You might want to go to a new service center. Perhaps if you know of a good one, you can route your sister over there. I really think that whatever happened here is reflective of a bad service shop.

Agreed with midnight.. do not do that. That's something we had to do with older cars, but nowadays not at all. The best advice I can give you right now is don't go and do these things to your cars without checking first. Sometimes what some guy at the bar/restaurant says is not correct.
