My friend just bought a cool reversing aid. I'm not sure how it works but it beeps as you reverse and warns you when you get within a certain distance of anything. What a neat idea.

Your friend sounds a little quirky but it's a harmless hobby to have! If she rotates products then at least she's not losing out financially. Maybe she hasn't found a product she really likes yet.

I agree with what people have said, just be sure of a couple of things. Firstly, check carefully that the person selling it is the actual owner! I also recommend an independent mechanic checks it over.

I have never owned a foreign made car but I have no problem with it if you like a particular style or model made elsewhere. With the economy the way it is how important is it that people support their home country industry?

I am not convinced that he should stop driving, but you could talk to him about his disregard for the rules. Maybe he feels a sense of impatience with them? His tickets seem to be all about that rather than incompetence.
